Refund, Return & Shipping Liability Policy – Retgol Hats

 At Retgol Hats, we take pride in offering carefully selected and limited inventory products.
For this reason, all sales are final.
By placing an order on the Retgol Hats website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Final Sale Policy
All products sold through Retgol Hats are final sale. Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, no cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all order details prior to completing the purchase, including but not limited to: • Product selection • Quantity • Billing information • Shipping address 
Retgol Hats is not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.
3. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Retgol Hats assumes no liability for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Retgol Hats fulfills its delivery obligation, and the order will be considered successfully delivered. 
4. Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Any issues related to: 
• Lost packages
• Delivery delays
• Delivery confirmation disputes
• Misdelivery by the carrier
Must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. 
Retgol Hats does not guarantee carrier performance and is not responsible for carrier-related issues.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to Retgol Hats due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer: 
• The customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the package.
• Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable shipments. 
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, they must contact Retgol Hats within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the issue. Retgol Hats reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
Retgol Hats actively monitors transactions for fraudulent activity.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for orders that comply with the policies stated above.
Any fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in:
• Permanent refusal of future service
• Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor
• Additional administrative fees where permitted by law 
8. Policy Acceptance By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Shipping Liability Policy.
9. Policy Updates
Retgol Hats reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
